shipping policy
Shipping is flat rate $10 for all orders. $10 includes shipping and handling fees AND up to $50 insurance against lost or damage. It normally takes 1-3 days to be delivered. During the holiday season it could typically take longer.
An ADULT SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery. Someone must be home to sign for it or you can arrange to pick it up from your local post office.
All orders placed online are shipped directly to the customer. Processing takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping NORMALLY takes 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail or 2-5 days via First Class Mail. USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
After you place your order you typically receive your order within the following 7 days. We encourage you not to make any hair appointments until the hair is received.
For RAW Indian hair the wait times may take up to 2 weeks. We source our raw hair directly from South India. NOT CHINA!
After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number from to the email you provided during checkout. There should be a link included in that email to send you directly to the USPS website to track your order. If not simply go to usps.com/tracking to follow your order on its way to you.
(A signature is required to confirm delivery for all orders!)

Within 5 days of receipt. Due to the quality of our products we rarely ever get an unsatisfied customer. Nevertheless, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. (This includes combed, brushed out, or tousled with.)
